School Uniforms
Our Lady of Lourdes school uniforms can be purchased from Shaheen's located at 994 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, KY 40207.

PTO also sponsors a Free Uniform Exchange located in the atrium and gym lobby.
All Preschool and Kindergarten students wear the Gym uniform every day.
Grades 1-8: Polo Shirts (white or heather grey dri-fit)
Grades 1-3: Navy Jumper or Skort, Navy Shorts/Pants
Grades 4-8: Navy GAT Skirt, Navy Shorts/Pants

Safe Environment Training
The Archdiocese of Louisville is committed to ensuring that children and youth who worship, study or participate in church-sponsored activities can do so in the safest and most secure setting possible. In an effort to fulfill this commitment, all employees or volunteers who have contact with children or youth (18 and under) for ANY length of time are required to participate in one of the 2-hour Safe Environment Training Workshops.
