Parish Council

The Parish Council consists of representatives selected from the parish community, the Pastor,, a staff representative, Council Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Special Representatives. The Council comes together to listen and respond to the needs of the parish community in a consensus decision atmosphere. The Council gives advice and guidance in all decisions that affect parish life, with the Pastor having the power of veto in all matters concerning the Parish. The Council has the heightened responsibility to promote the goals and objectives of our strategic plan, our by-laws and Parish Constitution. It is important for the Council to be cohesive, decisive, and thoroughly dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes. The Parish Council meets the fourth Monday of each month in the Adult Center at 7:00PM. All parishioners are welcome to attend a Council meeting.
